About Dr. Jeff

Dr. Jeff Myslewski is a 1992 Summa Cum Laude Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has been in private practice for over 24 years.

His approach to patient care has always been to get to the cause of your health problem and not to just treat symptoms. He treats patients with a variety of conditions as long as there is objective evidence that their ailment is likely caused by abnormal nerve function related to spinal or any joint dysfunction.

While many patients seek help with Neck or Back Pain, He has been able to help people with problems they never thought were treatable with Chiropractic Care such as TMJ Dysfunction, Headaches, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Colic, Plantar Fascitis, Chronic Sinus Infections, Shoulder Problems and Knee Problems just to name a few.

He usually uses physiotherapy combined with manipulative therapy to fascilitate the recovery process.

His goal is to not only relieve your symptoms as soon as possible, but to educate you on what caused it and what can be done in the future to prevent it from returning. Home exercises, stretches or simple sleep or postural changes may be recommended.

He treats newborns to seniors and gives each patient his undivided attention. He is confident that you will be pleased with the service he provides. He looks forward to assisting you in resolving your health condition.

Lisa Myslewski, a certified Personal Trainer / Nutrition Consultant has been helping clients lose weight since 2001.  Her goal is to help clients feel better as well as look better.  She believes in each day “ being the best that you can be.”  

Lisa teaches how to live a healthy lifestyle.  It’s about creating new, good habits that will benefit you.  Lisa will help you develop a plan of when and what you are going to eat, and she will help you decide when and where you are going to exercise in your busy schedule.  Having a set schedule ahead of time sets you up for success! 

Look at your body. Visualize how you’d like it to be.  See muscle definition, a flatter abdomen and trimmer thighs.  Imagine a feeling of empowerment as your energy level increases and positive thoughts begin to flow.  Allow the seed of commitment to self-improvement to be planted.  It’s difficult, if not impossible to be successful if you can’t see yourself doing it, you have to want it bad enough to take action.  It’s about getting up and moving! 

Lisa will work with you to determine your personal goals and guide you on your journey to achieve the mind and body connection.  You may then decide to meet with Lisa one-on-one for Personal Training and Nutrition, or you may participate in the classes.
